It was a memorable moment, Monday 22nd July 2019 when staff and volunteers gathered at the WOTCLEF Conference Hall to bid farewell to Mrs Afiong Abia Okponung the Local Education Authority (LEA), primary school counselor farewell as she retires as an active school teacher. With tears in her eyes and emotional laden voice,"I never expected this much from WOTCLEF,"she submitted. Speaking at the occassion, Mrs Williams on behalf of the Organization extolled the virtue of the retiree in view that we hope the counselor to replace her will be on her feet as Mrs Afiong who will do anything for the safety and protection of a child in distress.
